Position Overview:
The Partner Connect Senior Integration & Onboarding Analyst is responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding, technical integration, and ongoing support of customer and partner integrations. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business process, and customer engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings a strong Business Systems Analyst mindset, hands-on integration experience, and polished customer-facing skills, enabling them to confidently lead discovery sessions, design scalable integration solutions, and ensure successful go-lives across a diverse integration landscape.
What you’ll do as the Partner Connect Senior Integration & Onboarding Analyst:
Customer & Partner Integration
- Support end-to-end onboarding and integration efforts for customers, vendors, and strategic partners
- Support integrations across multiple patterns, including:
- EDI
- cXML
- APIs (REST-based)
- Flat file (CSV, XML, JSON, fixed-length)
- Drive integrations with major procurement platforms, including:
- Coupa
- Ariba
- Other punchout, catalog, and transactional marketplaces
- Own technical integration documentation, mapping specifications, and partner onboarding guides
Discovery & Solution Design
- Facilitate structured discovery sessions to understand business processes, technical constraints, and integration goals
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and integration designs
- Partner with internal engineering, middleware, and application teams to define scalable, supportable solutions
- Perform data mapping, transformation logic definition, and validation strategies
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Support the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners during onboarding
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships by proactively managing expectations, risks, and timelines
- Provide integration recommendations that balance customer needs with platform standards and scalability
Testing, Go-Live & Support
- Coordinate and execute integration testing (unit, end-to-end, UAT)
- Support cutover and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot integration issues, including:
- Data parsing and transformation errors
- Connectivity issues
- Schema validation and transaction failures
- Partner with support and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff post–go-live
What you will bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Customer or partner onboarding
- Systems integration
- Technical Business Systems Analysis
- EDI / B2B integrations
- Proven experience supporting external customers or partners in a technical capacity
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with:
- EDI standards
- cXML
- API-based integrations
- Flat file processing
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Data formats (XML, JSON, CSV)
- Data mapping and transformation concepts
- File transfer and API authentication patterns
- Experience integrating with procurement or marketplace platforms (Coupa, Ariba, or similar) is strongly preferred
Business Systems Analysis
- Strong background in:
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- Process mapping and gap analysis
- Translating business workflows into technical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to think end-to-end across systems, data, and business processes with a strong understanding of order-to-cash and/or procure-to-pay process lifecycles.
